To us all time is necessary to improve the work. That we could
correspond(meet) to spirit of time, introduce in work more and more
advanced mechanisms, our work requires constant reception all new
and new knowledge. Frequently we learn(find out) something new on
work from experience of the organizations similar our from other
countries distant and near abroad. With this purpose members of
Club constantly undertake numerous trips for an exchange of experience,
receptions of new knowledge. And also we accept active participation
in work of many actions conducted in Turkmenistan. Thus the subjects
of meetings, conferences, trainings at first sight, seems completely
far from our activity. Sometimes it seems, that between this subjects
and our work there is nothing the general(common). But this initial
and not true representation. Actually, all these actions are connected
by one general(common), and it will consist that all of them are
directed on improvement of our work, on amplification(strengthening)
and strengthening of our organization.
Let's result one example. In March, 2000 three members of our organization
have gone to England where have visited a lot, the organizations
engaged in granting of free-of-charge consultations. Our organizations
by principles of activity were similar with that only a difference,
that in England they exist already more 60-th years. And we at our
stage of development and a level of activity are just in such position,
as they only 60-th years(summer) prescription. For this time they
have managed to achieve constant financial and another, in particular
legislative support on the part of the state. The state bodies direct
them for distribution booklets, brochures, instructions on various
pressing questions of application of the current legislation. The
telephone hotline on which each interested person can receive the
information interesting it(him) works for them as well as at us.
Certainly, on a level of technical equipment, completion by the
staff and in general a level activity, organizations CAB - Citizens
Advice Bureau (the Bureau on Granting Consultations to Citizens
of United Kingdom) cost(stand) at higher level in comparison with
us. Let alone that on all country the whole network of Advisory
bureaus operates. She(it) covers all England. In each region of
the country requiring can receive the free-of-charge advisory help
of the social worker, the psychologist, the lawyer. During trip
we have familiarized with activity of advisory bureaus of such cities
as Lichfild, Birntvud and Kannok. We partly use many methods of
work now and in our work. We are sure, that distribution of such
advisory centers is a question of the future. In the future and
at us the services similar to ours will develop.
Similar examples of visiting of other countries and other public
and international organizations it is possible to result set. But
we here shall mention only the most significant for us and our work.
So for us 2002 when members of our organization and the lawyers
cooperating with us could go under programs of an exchange, namely
the program " the International visitors of the Department
of state the USA " became very memorable. The subjects of visitings
the USA was very interesting to us. We have made practically round
on the USA, having visited ten staffs(states), and such program
was in each group which has gone as the international visitors.
And this year members of our organization have gone in the USA under
the program " the International visitors ". During these
trips we could familiarize with activity of various public organizations,
charitable, children's and female. The USA on protection of the
rights of women, victims of domestic violence have familiarized
with the legislation. We were acquainted also with activity of police,
courts of bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor, the Ministry of
Justice by the USA, etc. We have learned(have found out) about the
maximum(supreme) juridical education the USA, about system of law
enforcement bodies. There on a place, as they say, personally, we
could understand and see not only as all these structures, but also
principles of their activity work. Including we have visited the
various numerous advisory centers existing across all America. At
all at them the focal group, i.e. that part of the population on
which maintenance of needs they are directed. Some from them work
only for women, others - for women - emigrant, the third for women
emigrant from the certain countries, for example from Latin America.
There are organizations which work is directed to the aid of poor,
requiring families, etc.
In any case we have received not only unforgettable impressions,
but also many new knowledge, at times paradoxical. And the mains
knowledge that in America there is very powerful and influential
network of public organizations which in the USA name the nongovernmental
organizations. These organizations have such name because are independent
of the government and consequently carry out(spend) the activity
independently. They have very strong influence in the American society,
and also influence public opinion. Very much frequently the vigorous
activity of such organizations creates public opinion. The advanced
and strong Civil society of the country also is one of the major
pledges of a democratic society of America.
